THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. For best results, thaw frozen hot dogs in the refrigerator for approximately 72 hours to an internal temperature of 35º-40ºF prior to heating.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Hot dogs should be cooked until they reach an internal temperature of 140ºF.

BOILING WATER:

1. Heat water to a rolling boil.
2. Add hot dogs to the water and simmer until done.

ROLLER GRILL:

1. Pre-heat roller grill on medium (approximately 170ºF setting) for 15-20 minutes to ensure proper cooking temperature.

CONVECTION STEAMER:

1. Place a single layer of hot dogs in a steam table pan.
2. Place pan in steamer, close door, set timer and steam until done.

MICROWAVE OVEN 1000 WATT:

1. Place hot dog in bun and wrap in paper towel.
2. Heat on high for 30-60 seconds.
3. Allow hot dog to sit for 1 minute prior to serving.
4. For larger diameter hot dogs, place in a microwave safe dish with 1/2” water. Cover with plastic film and microwave on high until done.
