THAWING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Thaw with the sealed plastic intact under refrigeration for 48 hours. We recommend slicing and serving as needed. Slice brisket across the grain of the meat.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR SLICES GRILL:

1. For a 1/4” slice of product, grill on high approximately 1 1/2 minutes on each side.
2. For a 1/2” slice of product, grill on high approximately 2 1/2 minutes on each side.

STEAM TABLE:

1. For thin slices, pre-heat steam table on high to 145ºF water temperature.
2. Slice 1 pound (1/8” thick) of product and place in a single layer in bottom of pan.
3. Let sit for 30 minutes covered.

HEATING INSTRUCTIONS FOR ENTIRE PRODUCT CONVENTIONAL OVEN :

1. Pre-heat oven to 350ºF.
2. Remove product from package, place in a pan and cover tightly with foil.
3. Warm product in oven for 45 minutes or until it reaches desired temperature (approximately 120ºF).

CONVECTION OVEN:

1. Pre-heat oven to 325ºF.
2. Remove product from package, place in a pan and cover tightly with foil.
3. Warm product in oven for 30 minutes or until it reaches desired temperature (approximately 120ºF).
