Preparation


  1. Pre-heat oven.
  2. Cut four 1-inch slits in top crust.
  3. Place on flat sheet pan.
  4. Bake until crusts are light brown or filling begins to boil.
  5. CONVENTIONAL 400ºF 60–70 minutes
  6. CONVECTION 350ºF 45–55 minutes
  7. Cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
