Preparation


THAWING DIRECTIONS FOR CAKE SLICES:

  1. Remove collar while cake is frozen.
  2. Cut cake while frozen. Use rosettes as portioning guide. Two rosettes per slice. For a clean cut use a knife dipped in warm water and wipe clean after each cut.
  3. Cover slices with dome or in closed cart:     At room temperature: About 1 hour.     If refrigerated: About 1 1/2 - 3 hours.
  4. Optimum eating temperature is chilled or refrigerated 40-45ºF.
