Preparation


THAWING DIRECTIONS FOR SLICES::

  1. Remove lid from frozen cheesecake, save for portioning
  2. Place center of tin over tall drinking glass. Push pan down using both hands. Place cheesecake on printed side of lid.
  3. Cut frozen cheesecake using portion guide
  4. Thaw plated servings: If refrigerated: 2 –2 1/2 hours If room temperature: 1-1 1/2 hours
  5. Product should be served immediately after thawing.
  6. For optimum results serve refrigerated about 40-45ºF
