Preparation


  1. Preheat oven and sheet pan.
  2. Cut four 1-inch slits in top crust.
  3. Place on flat sheet pan.
  4. Bake until crusts are light brown or filling begins to boil.
    350ºF Convection: 45-55 minutes
    400ºF Conventional: 60-70 minutes
  5. Cool at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
